• You retain all rights to your scripts. By uploading a script, you grant CueMi a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and use your script solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to upload and use the script on our platform, and that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, or consents required to use the script.
• You acknowledge that by uploading a script, you are giving CueMi permission to use the script to offer and deliver our service, including but not limited to parsing, processing, and making the script available for your rehearsal and practice purposes.

• We do our best to ensure the security and protection of your script and user data. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security assessments.
• We comply with UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements and are committed to protecting your personal data and privacy rights in accordance with UK data protection laws.
• Your scripts and personal information are stored securely and are only accessible to you and our systems for the purpose of providing our service. We do not share your scripts with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
• Script Rights Disclaimer: CueMi is not legally responsible or liable if you upload or use a script on our platform that you do not have the legal rights to access, use, or distribute. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and authorisations to upload and use any script on our service.
• If you upload a script without proper authorisation, you agree to indemnify and hold CueMi harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your unauthorised use of such script.
